Virtual Staging
To help prospective renters see beyond an empty unit, Embay Atelier directed a full virtual staging initiative across Crescent Place's floor plans. Vacant, dated interiors were transformed into warm, fully furnished spaces — complete with curated furniture, art, and styling that reflects the community's elevated brand positioning and speaks directly to the local renter demographic. This before-and-after approach does more than fill a room — it tells a lifestyle story, giving prospects an immediate emotional connection to the space and accelerating the decision to lease.






Social Profile Branding & Setup
Ensuring a property's identity carries seamlessly across every platform, from Instagram bios to Facebook business pages, with consistent visuals, voice, and iconography that reinforce brand trust at every touchpoint.

Curbside Signage
To cut through a saturated leasing market, we designed a series of feather flag signs positioned along the community's main walkways, capturing foot and drive-by traffic at multiple sightlines. Each flag paired bold "Now Leasing" messaging with real interior photography, giving prospects an immediate visual cue of the renovated units before they ever stepped inside a model. Unit-mix callouts (1–4 bedroom apartments and townhomes) were layered in to speak directly to a range of prospect types, while consistent brand colors and the Crescent Place logo reinforced recognition across the property. Positioned beneath the community's mature tree canopy, the flags read as a natural extension of the landscape rather than a disruption — modern, inviting, and impossible to miss.
