Context: Exchange at Rock Hill arrived with the bones of a great asset and none of the story to match. The existing website was expensive to run and harder to love — dense, generic, and unable to capture what made the community different: a blend of Southern architectural character and interiors built for the way people actually live now. The brief wasn't just "reduce costs." It was to give this property a visual language worthy of the units themselves.
Strategy & Execution: We rebuilt the narrative around lifestyle efficiency and design-forward living — the idea that a home should feel considered, not just convenient. Every surface of the brand was reconsidered: photography was re-shot to capture light and material texture rather, the virtual staging was art directed to speak to an elevated renter, and copy was rewritten to sound like a person, not a leasing office.
