CONTEXT

Embay Atelier was engaged to lead the repositioning of Views at River Bend following its acquisition by URS Capital Markets. At the time of purchase, the community was a dated and neglected asset, requiring both visual and strategic intervention to restore market relevance and rebuild confidence among prospective renters. The challenge extended beyond aesthetics. The property needed a clear identity shift—one that reflected ownership’s vision for reinvestment while reintroducing the community to the local market with credibility and clarity.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

We led the development of a refreshed brand identity, launched an elevated website designed to drive lead conversion, and introduced updated photography and content that reflected the property’s transformation. In parallel, we strategically announced renovations and amenity enhancements through coordinated digital and onsite campaigns—clearly communicating both the scope of investment and the community’s renewed direction.

Impactful onsite signage reintroduced the new name to the neighborhood and established a strong physical presence for drive-by traffic, while paid search campaigns increased qualified traffic to the website. All marketing efforts were closely aligned with ownership’s long-term vision to elevate the property’s reputation, visibility, and market perception.

The result: Views at River Bend now maintains ~93% occupancy, marking a successful early-stage repositioning driven by cohesive branding, strategic execution, and renewed market confidence.
